Certainly linked in the image they use: adrenals. For me, tinnitus cleared when adrenals were cleared.

Forgive the nitpicking, but the adrenals are not located in the lumbar area...
Funny how many people think their kidneys are in the lower back area. They are actually up under your ribs (just below where this woman's bra ends).

But referred pain, and local swelling can express as LB pain.
