I'm glad to hear you have good news. Yes, potassium citrate is another option recommended for kidney stones. I'm curious if that will bring down high calcium levels or if something more will be needed. Potassium should increase alkalinity so it can do the job to prevent calcium leaching from the bones, maybe better than magnesium.
Thank you Very Much!
It was Great news to Me!
The kidney stone removal procedure is not fun in any way!
At least the possible kidney damaging ones are out! And that is why I wanted to get them removed.
The Dr said the potassium citrate would slow down the possible calcium bone leaching.
It will probably be next before I know.
I have that test 24 hour test and that takes awhile and my next visit is in December and then I will know what is next

Yes it's best as a calming agent, and helps with eyesight .
It's no cure, it's just part of a protocol to help in many but as you allude to, everyone is different.
It'll be interesting to see if tgere us any change for better or worse when you come off the stuff
I will let you know.
I guess I will go cold turkey like I did when I guit smoking 12 years ago.
Back then when I wanted a cigarrete
I would go outside and dig a hole or chop on a tree until the craving passed!
Heck I dont have the energy now to do that!

nothing like morning sickness

Fifty years ago I was at a scenic overlook, in a very remote area, and I put out the last cigarette after two puffs. That was it. There was NO craving. (I also could not keep any food down, for the next six months).

I was expecting the flu.

I could not figure out what was going on. I got sicker and sicker.

I was barely alive. It was horrible. Nobody will help you. Nothing. Much like this, and yes I recently heard that the doctors thought morning sickness was also psychosomatic. MFRS.
I am Sorry.
I guess I cant read now either!
Let me start over.
Did you have the flu?
Or were you expecting a child?
Sorry but my mind aint working for some reason?

I was pregnant, but did not know it yet. So in that state, quitting smoking was really easy. I never craved another cigarette, and quitting was a breeze. (being pregnant, not so much of a breeze)
