If someone has a ebv early capsid antigen Igg >750 H

And a Early Nuclear antigen 211H

But a negative IGM.Would this indicate a past or active infection?

Other general immune markers normal ie lymphocytes, neutrophils, if not then it's leaning towards active infection.

This is a friend of mine who inquired,

His other immune markers are within range.TSH was above 5 at the time of test.He seems to be doing better now. Mild-Moderate possibly but unsure if he has an active ebv and Coxsackie b4 infection as range came to 1:160 but Coxsackie doesn't seem to have Igg,Igm like ebv
