Also, it's not clear to me whether the label mRNA applies to all of the substances, or just the last one:

Cytokine RNA, inflammatory
IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF, TGF-β1, MIP-1β mRNA

Edit: It must be all of them. That makes more sense.
