red or purple legs when standing

since a few weeks I notice that my legs turn red and then more and more purple-ish after getting up.
even if I stand for just 1min.they start to change color..

is it due to NMH or OI?
Has someone an explanation for that / what does it mean?
Has anyone made the same experience?

It sounds like blood pooling in the legs. Many of us have this problem. I use compression knee socks and they help a lot.
