@shastamax
Hi, thanks for sharing your story and I'm glad you are doing so much better.
I watched some of the video where Rebecca Tolin interviewed you and you seem like a lovely, sincere person. It's clear you were very sick and I feel you are sincere when you say this course helped you.
I think the trip you took where you had some improvement that led you to investigate mind-body approaches is noteworthy. Rebecca suggests that the trip was important to you, so when you started to crash, your mind essentially didn't let you crash, so you wouldn't ruin the trip for yourself and your companions.
I'd like to point out that your temporary improvement in 2016 on that trip doesn't necessarily point to a mind-body mechanism of healing.
If mold avoidance or location effect people were asked, they would say the new location / change of biome in the environment made you recover from the crash.
Other paradigms could come up with other explanations. The Jack Kruse people would say it's from more sunlight and/or less indoor time and exposure to EMFs. It could have been a dietary change... etc.
I'm sure you know that many people with ME, despite really wanting to do something, can't do it. I love hiking in the mountains too, and my mind has never been able to make that happen for me by getting my body in line.
Anyway, just my thoughts. I've been into spirituality and meditation for a long time and I really want this type of thing to work for me, and I have an open mind. I'm even tempted to try Rebecca's course (but that 7 day refund window is too short to risk losing that much money on it), but I've been disappointed so many times. I'm glad it's helped you!
