Recommendation of doctor who works remotely in USA and looks at all possibilities

Does anyone have a doctor recommendation who works with patients remotely and looks at everything? I am not certain if I have CFS yet but it is a possibility that we are looking into.

I really need someone who looks at everything. Auto immune, infections, gut health etc.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
