Any experiences with this med? Apparently was helpful for fibro patients for sleep and anxiety.

This drug is Mestinon. It has been used by many Dysautonomia doctors with success in a percentage of patients, but as I remember, it is a fairly small percentage of patients. It probably works for a subset, but I don't know what subset that is.

None of the patients I know personally who tried had success with it.
