Mulungu is a pain relieving nicotinic antagonist. I had to be so so careful because it dropped bp and increases pulse a lot. But pain relief was significant. Proceed with caution this is a big gun. I think the high pulse could be countered with corlanor or mestinon.
Has anyone here ever tried mulungu or heard of it?
Again just spitballing here, cheers..
