Prolonged lung infection and POTS

Hi,
I am curious to see if anyone who has either Sinus Tachycardia or POTS has been diagnosed with any form of prolonged lung infection?
The reason I ask is there was a video on youtube from someone who claims she has healed her pots when she treated her chlamydia pneumonia.

Besides a racing heart I have always had sinus and allergy and over active mucus production since I was a kid which has always stayed with me. My breathing has always been very shallow and fast ever since I could remember.
I am wondering what kind of doctors or lab tests would specialize in finding bacteria or viruses in the lung that can be associated with fast heart rate?
Your thoughts are appreciated.
