I'd be interested to watch this documentary if I'm able to. I have to watch it to know more, but it does discuss the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (the largest breast cancer research non-profit in the US - basically what the CAA is to CFS) and their placing financial emphasis on optimizing the public's perception of the disease over funding research that could produce treatment for the disease.

Yeah, it's probably true, but sad none the less. I mean people start with good intentions, but then realize that a cure would put most, if not all, of them out of a job.
