Things really got bad for me when talking was as exhausting as walking up a flight of stairs. I needed to figure out something and someone suggested personal oxygen.
Since then some "stuff" hit the fan causing a relapse and I need to be able to talk on the phone to talk care of some stuff.
I'm wondering if anyone has tried these. It's just to get through a phone call or over a hump. This is just one example.
