Patches/clusters of goosebumps - seizures.?

Do any of you also have these weird patches of goosebumps? I have seen two places online discussing them before, and one sounded like most doctors didn't know anything and the other was a epilepsy board saying they thought it was epilepsy (sorry too crashed to find the links atm!)

For me (and those people) they seem to just randomly feel like you're getting goosebumps but it's only on one limb at a time, comes up in these weird clusters, then goes away after 30 s or a minute..
