Hi pain is my leading symptom these past few wks ..
Hands feet arms legs and generalised .
Lymph nodes , sore throat , sinus , headache ...

Does more pain indicate more chance of viral in the body ?

I don't know....

dealing with it too.

I had an actual fever two weeks ago. Everything boiling over, hurting, wiped out...the fever was only one day. that was odd, and I have no clue.

I think its more about inflammation cycles and poisoning....maybe less an actual virus...

It's possible. Before coming down with CFS the only time I got pain (besides physical injury) is when I would come down with a flu bug (viral or bacteria).

Yes but I think the root cause of inflammation/poisoned feeling is due to a pathogen. Maybe the cycles have to do with the cycles of the pathogen itself.
