I assume an "alternative view" is rather the same as an "alternative fact". An unfortunate word choice although I notice the publication probably just predates the current usage of the phrase.

I've posted the full copy to my GP who told me that GET was the best evidenced treatment for CFS (he never uses the term M.E).
