There are many fantastic supplements that improve CFS/ME SO much. Getting a great integrative MD that will help with testing and supplements is key. No need to go here and there if you find the right doctor to help with hormone balance, neurotransmitter help and also replenishing the many nutrients that we use up with the stress of being ill.

Thanks Valentijn and Sallysblooms,

I haven't been able to find an integrative doctor so far. I will have to start looking through the doctor threads here when I get a chance. I also tend to have bad reactions to every medicine and supplement I take so I've been wary of trying things.
