Over the counter mold detox

Can anybody point me in the direction of (or take the time to detail) a mold detox protocol which can be done by over the counter substances or ones which can be found on amazon etc.

Activated charcoal. Glutathione. Saunal, anything to sweat, and/or heat therapy like a very hot bath. Off my head real quick.

OTC mould treatments:
- Binders - charcoal, bentonite clay, chlorella, NAC, saccrom
- Antifungals - colloidal silver (can be used as nasal spray, Argentyn 23), nystatin

Detox support
- Infrared sauna (sweat it out)
- Footbaths (as per @ahmo blog posts)
- Castor oil packs (liver support)
- Gallbladder support - phosphatidylcholine + ox bile, (makes bile), bitters (empties gallbladder)
- Liver pathway support - resveratrol, curcumin, quercetin
