Hmm interesting article, it's bizarre when I took it the first 2 times my muscle fatigue disappeared. To be honest my fatigue has remained gone but I have been feeling rather spaced out, maybe just due to the low blood pressure effects of the cbd? If I take 1mg of melatonin with it the dizziness gets a lot worse. Saying that I had a bad cold a few weeks ago and I had it for 3 weeks, I had dizziness for about 18 days. So I don't think whichever part of the ME body causes the dizziness has fully got to grips with it yet.

I take it for headache and nausea side effects of IVIG.

For dizziness, which is my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, my dysautonimia specialist, a neurologist, has me on metoprolol, clonidine, and Huperzine A (pyridostigmine, generic Mestinon) was effective, too).

Yes I used to take siberian ginseng when the dizziness was severe. I just wish we knew what caused it, as my body recovers just fine if I do very little for say 2 or 3 months. I don't think most people are as mild as I am. Even so I'll crash badly within a few days or weeks of increased activity.

Look into these and the CellTrend POTS antibody testing.

I was put on both medical marijuana and CBD tincture, but found to my dismay, that it was lowering my already low blood pressure to the point where I was nearly passing out. At first I didn't know what was causing it, because I was buying into all the hype about medical marijuana and CBD. After four days in a row with dangerously low blood pressure, I made the connection.

Different marijuana and hemp products do different things. Medical marijuana has vern legal in Washington for over 20 years and there is a lot of experience with different strains and products. It is definitely not for everyone.

I agree, it is not for everyone. Oddly enough, I briefly tried the synthetic, Marinol, for my complex PTSD and it worked wonderfully and was not too sedating.

Yup- THC (regular marijuana)...lowers my blood pressure remarkably. Mine is normally high, and I don't pass out...but I did get concerned when the Doctor urged me to double my blood pressure medicine...

For whatever reason, my blood pressure is very erratic.

My blood pressure rises when I've been asleep all night, then drops when I am upright, so I am constantly struggling to keep it level. I have been diagnosed with Dysautonomia, so that may explain it.

When I resumed testing BP at home....I occasionally get ridiculously high pressure mid afternoon.... But this is not typical. So I think part of this is dysautonomia...trouble maintaining correct settings. darn.

Could you get a definite diagnoses? Sea salt saved my life; my cardiologist instructed me to keep the salt coming; I drink lightly salted water several times a day, and salt most of my food, as well as keeping well hydrated. This keeps blood volume stable. But be sure to get a definite diagnose, in case there's something else going on with your BP.
