If you have heard the phrase "peer review" or some variant of it e.g. peer-reviewed journal, but didn't know what it means/what is involved, this explains it (although perhaps not fully which might need examples).
By the way, I read part 1 of the series but didn't find it that exciting/don't think most people interested in ME/CFS matters would find it that interesting.
I've now read parts 3-5. None I found particularly interesting, but they were easy enough to read and it was a little interesting to hear the issues explored.
