I am hearing more and more about mcas in the cfs community

Interesting that your nk cells went up and function but still severe.Sometimes it seems some people have lowered vital loads to ebv but functioning is still the same.Im no expert, but maybe there is some kind of feed back loop going on

One of the aussie griffith university nk function studies also found low cd8 T cell function. I cant recall if they found the low cd8 alone or in combination with low nk function.

How do you measure reactivated EBV?

Test all the viral titers and do a PCR. And see if your immune system works properly. If it does, you can believe what the tests say. If not, a case might be missed.

Depending on what other herpes viruses you may have, a trial of sn antiviral may be worthwhile.
