NIH's huge "All Of Us" Research Program is being expanded in three ways to add COVID-19 research:
1. Blood samples from 10,000 of its current participants will be tested for COVID-19 antibodies which if positive will indicate prior exposure to the virus.
2. Medical records of 200,000 participants (many have reported a COVID-19 diagnosis) will be studied in detail.
3. A new on-line survey will allow for the study of COVID-19 "symptoms" in detail and over time. Hopefully this will capture COVID-19 "long haulers" whose symptoms, genetic data, and medical records could be compared to the nearly 2500 ME/CFS participants already in the "All Of Us" database.
