Hypoxia usually inhibits mTOR. mTOR promotes protein production and others when conditions and recources are good.

Well maybe thats evidence against hypoxia then. Not sure how established the mTor findings are in mecfs though.

I think atrogin-1 has been found elevated by hanson or something, indicating catabolism i would say.
