Bump--this is happening today! It will be important to show continued commitment and pressure for more funding in the wake of the NIH conference last week.

I attended the second half of this. NIH seems ingenuine. On the one hand they aren't funding SEIDs adequately (only $16 million/year vs $200 million that is needed) yet then they complain that there aren't enough researchers.

Exactly - for years they ensure researchers are driven away from ME research (no funding, wrong diagnostic psych label,...) so they have created the problem they are complaining about and blaming researchers.

They are incompetent and / or corrupted.
