nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (or NAD) infusions

A neurologist recommended a clinic that did these infusions. There is a bit more to that, but did anyone on this forum undergo such a treatment ? How did it work out ?

That takes me back ... see bionad.co.uk ... originally I got that suggestion from a neurologist.
I think checking that website or googling works best.
