Supposedly on the market January 2025 in America. Posting this now so anyone who has used it can post their experience with it.

I did read it was Supposedly as effective as the combination pill of paracetamol/endone. If this is true and Drs aren't scared to prescribe it, then it could be a game changer for people with chronic pain that have issues getting a Dr to treat them.

Let's also hope it's not going to cost an arm and a leg.

$15.50 a pill is very high, I doubt it costs over 25 cents to produce. The main problem is that it costs a bundle to get through the fda and those costs have to be recouped in addition to the cost of the drugs that are turned down. If there was a law passed that they could only charge $1 per pill, they might never make their money back. People may say "serves them right" but when the next promising drug comes along will they spend the millions to develop it if they won't get the money back?

The whole system is the problem. People with chronic pain will be forced to pay for it or else insurance pays and then everybody's premium goes up. The worst thing is that it probably does not work that well so they are hoping to sell a bunch before word gets out. Lots of other expensive drugs are out there that don't work very well. Ozempic is one, there was a super duper sleeping pill a year or two back that was a lot less effective than claimed but cost plenty.

What's an arm or leg worth these days? Wholesale price of the pill is supposed to be $15.50 each. What would the mark-up be? Gotta pay for marketing executive salaries.

That's an arm and a leg for 1 pill. If it took your pain away for 12hrs, I'd pay for it but I'd probably only use it once a week.
