Nephrotect and other IVs using at home

Hello!
Has anyone tried parenteral nutrition for kidney failure like Nephrotect?
Many medications cause my kidney discomfort. For this reason, I cannot take amino acids and protein mixtures. I tried keto analogs of amino acids (Ketosteril), and my kidneys tolerate it well, but my stomach copes with it very poorly. Therefore, I had the idea to try parenteral nutrition, which is used for kidney failure. But this therapy is carried out in a hospital, and I want to find a way to do it at home. Any ideas?
What if I inject a Nephrotect intramuscularly? And if I just drink it? Does anyone have experience using parenteral medications at home?
