At least in this study it appears that some people could have a genetic mutation to "Natural Killer Deficiency" causing a immune dysfunction, but I would not have thought it would have such an effect on the adrenal glands. The study states that "hormone replacement" was needed in some cases, but it doesn't say which hormone(???). If one should happen to have low natural killer cell problems, be sure to keep an eye on the adrenals.

interesting article. It says adrenal failure, so at a guess they probably talking about cortisol, but u would also think dhea plays apart as its an adrenal hormone. We tend to think of cortisol lowering immunity but maybe not having enough cause immune problems, got to get these hormones just right, not too little and not too much??

cheers!!!
