Natural Estriol

I just got my 24 hour urine hormone test back and I am low on Estriol, so I am doing
some research on it.
Any recommendations on natural supplements that can increase Estriol?
Can Evening primrose oil increase Estriol?

Thank you.. have you used this? I wonder if it helps with Lupus or just dry skin.

Aren't estriol levels typically high in lupus? I thought that lupus was thought to be a Th2 mediated autoimmune disease which is typically worsened by increasing estrogens.
