Why do naproxen seem to help me with brainfog? Does it mean It reduce inflammation in the brain? If so does that mean I have encephalitis?

Is this common in ME patients?

Edit: I can add that I have tested positive for anti phospholipid syndrome. Maybe its the blood thinning properties of Naproxen that helps.
