NAC & sulphur

Forgive me if this is a silly question. Is it plausible that one brand of N acetyl cysteine (NAC) could contain more sulphur than another? Like, more sulphur per gram of NAC.

Alternatively, is it plausible that a person who has a problem with sulphur could tolerate NAC in several small doses throughout the day, but experience bad symptoms if they take one larger dose of NAC in one go? (Amounting to the same amount of NAC as the total of the small doses). Like, maybe my body can clear out the sulphur if the NAC is separated into small doses, but if the NAC is all in one dose, that's too much sulphur for my body to clear before it affects my symptoms badly? I don't even know if that's how sulphur issues work - I don't have the energy to research it at the moment.

For the first question, if they product is pure NAC, I would say no, probably not. For the second question, I would say, theoretically, yes. I have food intolerances that include NAC, but usually a few molecules of something does not provoke a response. Whether that's really happening for you, I don't know, but it's possible.

This is not possible, each molecule is made of 19 atoms - if I counted rightly - and one of them is sulphur. It´s not only that each molecule NAC consists of this exact gathering, but also each molecule NAC in the universe has exactly the same properties under the same circumstances and behaves the same (though true random processes on single points in time are/may be included).
Maybe different brands bring other additional stuff along?

I would think, surely.

I have sulfur allergy.
It first popped 24 years ago when I was in the hospital after a vehicle accident and they gave me Septra to fight infection.
I came down with hives and itching, as my infection was drug resistant they brought in an allergy specialist to get my body acclimatized to Septra.
From what I remember it consisted of giving me small amounts of the drug and slowly ramping up the dosages.

I also can't tolerate sulfur supplements and vitamins, they give me bad fatigue every time I try one.
