I have a B12 deficiency. I have taken 1000 mcg cyanocobalamin-B12, but it is too stimulating. I cant sleep, it gives me major insomnia. It also gives major anxiety and restlessness to a point where i cannot function, i get severe brain fog and i become very depressed. I also get insane pain in my legs. Shooting jolts and stuff.
Even small dose of 9 mcg is affecting me, but currently I take that to take something now, as well as 400 B9.
Anything i can do to make my nervous system less sensitive?
Even my physical therapist said to stay away from to much external stimulus and hard exercise. It is bad.
