thanks sushi - the one I have has cetrizine in it? I'll look to order some of yours, have you tried trytophan(pure encapsulations)? my doc rec that, but they were out of stock when I tried to order it.

Yes, I've tried tryptophan--not enough for me. Need to be hit with a hammer!

Benadryl is enough of a hammer for me though.

I haven't used a benzo for 3 nights. In the past I wouldn't have been able to sleep on what I use now which is 25mg seroquel with 4000mg taurine. 400mg theanine and 900mg withania. This is giving me a solid 8 hrs. I think my sleep improvement is due mostly to my general improvement from valcyte.
