It's actually the outbreaks which have got me thinking it's got to be endogenous. You have cluster outbreaks such as in Mella & Fluge's city, after people got a giardia infection, you have outbreaks after EBV and sometimes several people get it after the a harsh flu virus.

When we know that it can break out given such triggers, we also know the virus must often lie latent, and burst out when the immune system is temporarily supressed somehow (triggers).

What do you mean with your latter paragraph? I haven't heard of any such research.

hi redo. many years ago...in the 80s maybe...dr. suhadolnik of temple university told me that he could show the disease spreading if he dropped some blood from diseased patient into healthy blood.

I would expect that turned out not to be true. If it were, it would have have led on to some good published research.

Surely if there was some sort of reliable test like that in the 80s it would be known and well researched by now. I'd be surprised if we had not heard of it.

its not a test. he just dropped some blood in a petrie dish of healthy blood and watched what was wrong with the original blood, spread to the healthy blood.

But if there was an observable difference between 'healthy blood' and 'CFS blood', surely this could be used as a test?
