NAC 600 MG - twice daily
Clarithromycin 500 MG - twice daily
Valcyte 900 MG - twice daily
Rifampin 300 MG - twice daily
CoQ10 100 MG - three times daily
ALA 525 MG, ALC 225 MG - three times daily
Metagenics Ultra Flora Balance (Probiotics) - twice daily
Naltrexone 6 MG - once daily
Serrapeptidase 80,000 units - once daily
Zinc AG - 40 MG - once daily
Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol) 5,000 IU - once daily
Designs for Health Multi Vitamin - once daily
Prothera Methyl Balance B-Vitamin/TMG - once daily

I'm 39 & have been sice for 2.5 years, before this VERY active, healthy, career....

My Current protocol for CFS/Fibro and possible Bartonella:

Morning:
Vitamin D3 - 5000iu
Evening Primrose Oil - 6,000mg
Thiamin - 100mg
Riboflavin - 100mg
CoQ10 - 120mg
Chondroitin 1200mg Glucosamine 888mg MSM 500mg
Selenium 200ug
Arginine 500mg
Ferrous Biglyscinate - 20mg
B5 Pantothenic acid - 500mg
Ginseng - 500mg
Licorice Root - 900mg
Vitamin E 400iu

For possible Bartonella:
Resveratrol 50mg
Cat's claw 900mg

Mitochondrial Supps:-
Acetyl-L-Carnitine - 750mg
D-Ribose - 5G
Creatine Monohydrate - 5G
NAC - 700mg
BCAA - 10g
Vitamin C -5G - 40G daily

Evening:-
Nicotinic Acid B3 - 100mg
Magnesium 150mg
B6 -10mg
Biotin - 300ug

For CFS

- Methyl B12 - 1000mcg twice a day (but will continue to titrate up)
- Adeno B12 - 750mcg twice a day - titrating up
- L-methylfolate (currently 6400mcg spread over 4 times a day but will titrate up to fix folate insufficiency caused by B12 as needed)
- Potassium Gluconate every 2 hours (titrated to deficiency symptoms - currently taking approx 2500mcg a day as powdered supplement).
- Jarrow B-Right b-complex - 500mcg twice daily
- L-Carnitine Fumarate - 125mcg (titrating up)
- Co-Q10 swanson - 200mcg
- SAMe Jarrow - 200 mcg
- TMG - 500mcg
- Lithium swanson 5mg

- Vit C - 500mcg twice a day
- Liqorice root - 1800mcg
- Ribose - 5g three times a day
- MCT oil (as part of ketogenic diet)

250 mg famvir
2,000 mg Vit D

Midday:
Vitamin B complex: 1 pill ( I don't remember the doseage)
Culturelle probiotic: 1 pill


Night:
Zinc: 15 mg
Magnesium: 250 mg
Fish oil: 1000mg
Famvir: 250ng

I'm about to add vit c to my regime. And maybe evening primrose oil.

I just tried evening primrose oil and it gave me heart palpitations. So I don't know if I should stick with it or not
