Multivitamin & Minerals Recommendation?

My college student with ME/CFS (in remission) should be taking a good multi, but is not very successful taking the 6 pills a day one she was taking when she was ill and living at home.

I'm looking for a multi that's good for PWME that can be taken once or maybe twice a day. Any good suggestions?
