Moringa has done wonders for me, except for this problem. Gives me indigestion and causes food to sit in my stomach. I think it alkalizes my stomach too much. Am taking 1 tablespoon. I was trying to sleep and food and acid kept coming up. So I got up and went to the fridge and ate a few pieces of pickled sushi ginger. Helped settle it. Maybe I should try drinking the Moringa powder away from food. If this still causes the indigestion, then i’m not sure how to resolve this and still get the benefits. Any experiences?
