Transient receptor potential (TRP) channel Enzymes were diffrent in CFS patients.
3 Enzymes, 13 SNPs identified. How will we process…?? & I do invite others that found simmilar challenging data @ newest research 2015.
Background: A superfamily of transient receptor potential (TRP) channel Enzymes was checked for CFS in humans. They comprises 27 cation channels with permeability to monovalent and divalent cations. These channels could play a communication role in multiple physiological impairments as CFS. They are widely expressed within humans on cells and tissues and have significant sensory and regulatory roles on most physiological functions.
Pilot study results: TRPM3 and 2 other TRPs Enzymes identified … This may contribute to etiology and CFS pathomechanism (115cfs 90controlls. 05.2015). Theses CFS Ion channeling are compromised:
TRPM3 (9), TRPA1 (2), TRPC4 (2) – together the following 13 SNPs.
rs12682832, rs11142508, rs1160742, rs4454352, rs1328153, rs3763619, rs7865858, rs1504401, rs10115622.
rs2383844, rs4738202.
rs6650469, rs655207.
Can we check our 23&me for this? How is this done.

ps. My concern here is how can we implimant NEWS - into what is already there. My admiration goes to this vibrant SNP watchfullness. Primary thanks goes to J. Edwards, bordmember, London. He led me to this Im.genetics J. link.
