Let food be thy medicine.

Fascinating stuff.

If you feel like it, I would love to learn more about how you apply it to your life. Looking for more ways to do this.

I noted they mention ellagic acid in numerous locations..........

I ran into a supplement with ellagic acid and its been really helpful. Most noticeably, my lousy digestion improved. the SIBO and delayed emptying also got better. I also eat some pecans- high in ellagic acid similar to walnuts, listed in the report here.

I take the supplement ever few days. I undertake most everything. Since I'm not into swallowing.

Sure, I can share, is there anything specific I can point out?

I have used several methods:
1/ Well rounded diverse antioxidant protocol
2/ Liver support
3/ Binders such as zeolite, charcoal etc.
4/ Miscellaneous protocols such as the Nrf2 support which includes sulforaphane.

I am sure you know the relationship between ellagic acid and Urolithin A

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34030963/#:~:text=Urolithin A (UA) is a natural compound produced,in foods such as pomegranate, berries, and nuts.
