I finally found a Remedy for my Migraines and my „Facepains“.

In the Book „the period Manual“
by Lara Briden
is stated that Melatonin has a preventive effect on pre-menstrual Migraines and together with progesterone cream helps to make them vanish effectively.

Im not a big fan of melatonin
because it never seemed to do something for me regarding sleep but nevertheless, I tried it.

It turns out that Melatonin together with progesterone works for me every time, not dependent on cycle,
even when the first signs of Migraines and /or headache are already here.

I wanted to note that neither Triptane, Gabapentin nor anything else I tried has worked so far for me.

I just thought it may be helpful for others Ladys too.

Interesting thanks! I take melatonin for sleep and have found a reduction in my chronic silent migraine, it helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep. It’s not changed my Menstrual migraine but I have not tried with the progesterone cream. Do you take both daily or just as needed?

I take both daily.
I use natual Progesterone USP gel „Progestogel“ (but Im in Europe) for 21 days per cycle, but take melatonin every day since it works mainly preventive (according to the study).
The Melatonin i use is from
„superior Source“ , 3mg.
Yes Im still totally flabberghasted that this works for me.

@Yuno unfortunately the dose of progesterone I dont know exactly since it doesnt even say on the package but I assume 1 pea size portion is probably 20mg progesterone since most formulas provide betw 20 and 30mg per portion.
I take 2x pea-sized portion each night.
