Absolutely,

Too much serotonin can be a problem for many and perhaps finding ways to raise dopamine may be the way to go

The semi-success I had with Mirtazapine suggested that may be an issue.

But I’m in a pickle with that one. The “natural” supplements and such for this, upset my stomach something terrible. And after that nightmare, I’m extremely reluctant to take any antiD again.

So my theory, for now, is to fix/ improve the gut and let it make its own chemicals. Unless there’s another way?
