[MCS] Methylation Panel Results - No Progress, what am I doing?

Methylation panel results haven't changed much in 5 years. They are always:
  • Borderline or low SAM
  • Normal or high SAH
  • Borderline or low cysteine
  • Low Glutathione
My main symptom is MCS, likely due to chronically low glutathione, as per Rich Vank pathology.

I take plenty of B-Vitamins. Massive amounts of folate in several forms (folinic, folic, mthf) and different ROA (oral, sublingual, subcutaneous, IV). Yet I'm still low. I've tried all forms of glutathione and they tend to help for a while, until they don't. Cysteine and ALA give me terrible insomnia and fitful sleep.

I've tried Freddd's suggestion of avoiding any possible cyst(e)ine and glutathione sources. But only for a few weeks at a time and always end up feeling worse short term.

Organic acids suggest I'm functionally low in b6 and b9. I take massive amounts of both.

Things that always help me:
  • Raw broccoli sprouts (these contain a lot of sulforaphane, which is a direct agonist of the Nrf2 pathway which encourages phase 2 detoxification and glutathione production)
  • Nutritional IV therapy (I always sleep amazing after these)

Any suggestion or insight is welcome.

This is probably not helpful now, but your Vitamin E is low, B6 could be low due to oxalates, they only show up on the great plains OAT.
