LPS blood levels?

has anyone actually got a serum dosage of lipopolysaccharides?
as i'm suspecting leaky gut,
and leaky gut is often associated with cfs
and an increase in lps blood levels is associated with symptoms like cfs

i was wondering if any of you actually got som blood analysis for lps?
