has anybody tried this yet? i took 0.5mg per day for only three days and noticed a sharp increase in inflammation. maybe it was a herx reaction or related to something else because from what i understand it should be anti-inflammatory!?

@bad1080 - did you take 0.5 mg or 5 mg. a day? 0.5 mg is a very low dose, 1/30th of what the Reddit poster took (15 mg.) or 5 mg. 3 times a day.

they recently adjusted the "RDA" for melatonin here from 1mg to 0.5mg, which is three drops. the first night i took only two drops and then 3 drops each night. i was experiencing an increase in sluggishness the next day from just 1mg before so i wanted to start off slow. thankfully i didn't experience it from 0.5mg.
