Liver and stomach spasms

Does anyone bedridden deal with liver and stomach spasms?

I have been having increasing episodes of these and doing my best to understand why this is happening.

Gallbladder can cause spasm also, sometimes people get gallstones and it can start cause symptoms . Have you used apple cider vinegar ? There is malic acid in acv , which might start dissolve stones .
