Hi @kushami -- I just did a quick query on Perplexity (AI website) and came up with the following:Can anyone point me to a list of substances that help with nitric oxide in the body?
A quick check showed that CIVD is generally limited to extremities (fingers, ears, etc). The page I checked said that NO might be involved. From that I think it's unlikely that a cold shower would increase general NO levels.Exposure to cold increases NO levels. It's called "Cold induced vasodilation".
