I have had 2 friends order with them and it was effortless.
I've ordered several items off them and each time no issues. Zopiclone is a good sleep aid as zaleplon which in effects falls between zopiclone and zolpidem aka stilnox/ambien.
Modafinil has been good and on par effects wise with other companies I've used in the past.
Palexia/Tapentadol has been good for chronic headaches/migraines, it appears costly but I buy the 200mg dosed Tapentadol and take a quarter/50mg as required and the cost is the same as if I bought it locally, mg for mg.

They have sent me out samples out of other items with my orders which have been handy. Soma I've found really good for headaches that don't budge and hang around for days. Very tolerable Med. I did make a post awhile back about how it sent me abit smashed. I have to say the Soma has helped me alot with headaches/migraines, especially those that linger for 2-3 days.

Even though some of the Russian pharmacies listed in the first post of this thread might not have the IRS-19 product showcased on their website, they might be able to procure it if you contact them.

A Cipher...Those I have seen on the web want payment in Bitcoin or such...That is my problem as I have no Bitcoin Account..

I did a quick check and it seems like some of the Russian pharmacies listed in the first post of this thread (listed under the header "Russian Product Prescription-Free Pharmacies") do accept other means of payment apart from Bitcoin. For example Rupharma, Pillbuys and russianpharmacy.net. Pillbuys have IRS-19 listed on their website.

These days it is easy to download a cryptocurrency wallet app on your computer or phone and buy some bitcoin with a credit card to place in your wallet. I use the Atomic cryptocurrency wallet, which has a nice user interface. You can buy bitcoin within this wallet itself, so everything is self-contained; everything you need to pay by bitcoin is contained within the wallet.

At the bottom of the first post of this thread are some instructions on how to pay by bitcoin using the Atomic wallet.

Of course, with brain fog, all these things are made more difficult. But with Atomic, it's about as easy as it gets.

I can't remember which pharmacy, I think it was goldpharma or something like it, that used to have an option for a medical consultation and provide you with a prescription if you needed it. I swear I remember it. Does anyone know which of these pharmacies does this? (For US patient).

Opioids, as well as benzodiazepines (such as diazepam) are highly illegal to import into the US. As a result, standard trustworthy pharmacies mentioned in this thread do not offer them. (This includes Goldpharma, which carries a very wide variety of prescription medications, which are typically easily available with a paid consultation with them.) Pharmacies that do offer opioids and benzodiazepines tend to be very shady; in addition to the risk of being being caught importing highly illegal drugs into the US, these drugs may also be high-priced and fake.

I have always found that when I need scheduled drugs, I just have to find a doctor who is willing to prescribe them for me.

You may find alternatives to valium such as soma. I'm finding it helpful for chronic headaches.
If using valium for sleep, I think they have better alternatives like zopiclone or zaleplon which help sleep. Ive made several orders with them and found them quite trustworthy.
Tapentadol has been a good Med to help with chronic migraines. To find a neurologist here you can get one in 3 months and they usually suck. Otherwise you have to wait well over 12 months for a neurologist. If you can deal with symptoms until then that's great. If it's a struggle, sometimes you have to take things into your own hands.
They are good in that if they don't have something advertised, just ask them and they may sort it for you👍
