Then it sounds like a modern medicine hoax tbh. It's pretendedly an auto-immune disease but you can't find auto-antibodies? Okay bro. Sure, whatever.

@Mad Hatter , have you been checked for orthostatic intolerance, and has anyone considered Sjogren’s syndrome or autonomic dysfunction?

Also, have you read about how autoimmune diseases can sometimes be seronegative, i.e. no antibodies can be detected in blood tests but the disease is obviously present and can be diagnosed from other signs and symptoms?

Hey man, sorry for late reply.

I have not been diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction but I have it as my main symptoms obviously. The only thing left to try is stimulants for me. If anything help I will post here.
