I really don't have any knowledge regarding the interpretation of hormone tests, otherwise I would be happy to do so. You probably need to show these results to an endocronologist.

Over-accumulation of Iron can cause irritability.

Can occur from over supplementation with Iron and/or Vitamin C.

I'll second that - if I took 1/2 of an iron containing multi daily for just 3-4 days. That was pre-CFS, I don't know if that's still true now since I haven't take multis for years, except sporadically..

methylation has helped a lot with my irritability! i think it has to do with producing more normal levels of neurotransmitters. Also, reducing doses of ALCAR from 500 mg to 200 mg at a time.

I get irritable with low blood flow to the brain. I wonder whether it’s actually not enough glucose getting to the brain, because the blood carries the glucose, but there’s no way to check that.
