Liquid Carnitine - is it fumarate?

I've been reading people's reports on this forum of trying L-Carnitine Fumarate and would like to get some to try. I've seen the liquid form mentioned a few times and Freddd uses it to titrate up when people are particularly sensitive.

I prefer taking liquids, but all I've looked at (e.g. Jarrow Formulas, Liquid Carnitine, Lemon-Lime Flavor, 16 fl oz (475 ml) (JRW-02006)) don't say they're the Fumarate form, which people seem to have the best results with.

Is it, or does it not matter? Thanks :)

For me the liquid isn't any different from LCF in capsules.

The only diff is that I can titrate the liquid much more finely. (LCF 855mg crashed me badly.) Now up to a whopping 2mg after several months.
