Limited range of motion

Dear PR

I do not know if this is a common issue but I am experiencing limited motion rather than hypermobility. Everything feels pretty tight and if I am overdoing things I can only lie down in a certrain position without feeling like shit. It's pretty hard to describe but it feels like my fascia or nerves (not sure which one it is) is kind of inflamed (started with CFS). Is that something which you are experiencing as well?

Thanks in advance!
